We used these at our 1999 Halloween party. We filled the backyard swimming pool with them for a little glow. All you need is; 12" latex balloons (white) 1. Insert glowsticks into a balloon, being carefull not to rip the balloon 2. Crack the glowsticks so it emits its color. 3. Blow up balloon & tie the top. 4. The color of he glow stick can be
